Før du kan uploade logbøger til returkontrol, udtræk fra navigationssystemet (gps-udskrifter) eller oplysninger fra temperaturovervågningen til Eksportportalen, skal du oplyse virksomhedens autorisationsnummer eller identifikatornr. fra TRACES og virksomhedens hovedmailadresse.
Herefter vil virksomheden modtage en automatisk genereret mail med et link til en side, hvor det skal bekræftes, at dette er virksomhedens hovedmailadresse.
Derefter kan der uploades logbøger til returkontrol, udtræk fra navigationssystemet (gps-udskrifter) eller oplysninger fra temperaturovervågningen.
- Returlogbøger skal indeholde nummeret på logbogen i følgende format: AB-12CD-34.pdf
- Udprint af GPS data skal indeholde nummeret på logbogen i følgende format: AB-12CD-34.gps.pdf
- Udprint fra temperaturovervågningssytemer skal indeholde nummeret på logbogen i følgende format: AB-12CD-34.temp.pdf
Bindestregerne kan udelades i filnavnet.
Du kan uploade mange filer på én gang så længe de tilsammen er mindre end 100 Mbyte. Det svarer ca. til 30 filer.

Before you can upload journey logs, extracts from the navigation system (GPS printouts) or temperature monitoring data to the Export Portal, you must provide the company's authorisation number or TRACES identification number and the company's main email address.
The company will then receive an automatically generated email with a link to a page where it must be confirmed that this is the company's main email address.
The journey logs, extracts from the navigation system (GPS printouts) or temperature monitoring data can then be uploaded.
After the transport, journeylogs parts 1-5 must be scanned and uploaded on this website in PDF format, if requested by the Danish competent authority. If requested by the Danish competent authority, GPS prints and data from the temperature monitoring system must also be uploaded here.
- For journeylogs the filename must contain the ID of the journeylog in this format: AB-12CD-34.pdf
- For GPS the filename must contain the ID of the journeylog in this format: AB-12CD-34.gps.pdf
- For temperature monitoring data the filename must contain the ID of the journeylog in this format: AB-12CD-34.temp.pdf
Hyphens can be omitted in the filename.
You can uploade many files each time as long as the sum of file sizes is less that 100 mbyte. This is approximately 30 files.
